Sonny is an 8-year-old, 37-pound bundle of love who is currently looking for a new home. His owner, who has always adored him, can no longer provide the care he deserves, and they are heartbroken to let him go. They want nothing more than to find a family that will give him the love, attention, and care he’s accustomed to.
Sonny is truly one of a kind. A mostly Beagle, with beautiful brindle stripes on his side hinting at some other special mix, he’s a playful, affectionate dog who loves to be around people. His favorite things in the world? Playing with toys, snuggling, and being your loyal companion. He’s incredibly affectionate and always eager to please, which makes him a joy to be around. If you give him a command, he'll happily respond – he’s quite the good listener!
Although he’s 8 years old, Sonny still has the energy and spirit of a younger pup. He enjoys playing with small dogs and would likely do well in a home with other pets, including cats.
