Abby, Abel, & Alice
We called them the Triple A - were found outside on a cold winter day and trapped by one of our wonderful TNR partners. When they first went into their CARE foster home, they were terrified and did not want to be touched. Over the next few months they learned to trust their foster parents and their unique personalities emerged. Sadly, Alice tested positive for feline leukemia and was euthanized a year later.
Purrfect Happy Ending:
Today Abel and Abby are thriving in their permanent home. Abby is a lap cat and insists on a daily brushing, Abel carries around a toy mouse and howls to let us know he has captured the intruder. He has become best friends with the resident cat and follows him everywhere.
